ALTAR & SPECIAL MINISTRY
Altar ministers are available after each service to pray with you. These ministers are trained and equipped to minister to you in prayer for whatever area of need.

BANNER & ALTAR WORSHIP MINISTRY
The Banner expresses our worship, surrender, and victory in Jesus Christ. Dance is also our way of declaring the glory of God. Both expressions are fulfilled with a humble heart to bring praise to Almighty God. Team Leader: Lynn Stanley

BENEVOLENCE MINISTRY
Provides temporary financial support to church members with a scheduled re-payment plan regardless of your need, you may request assistance from the church. Pick up an application from the church office and return to the coordinator.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Teaching biblical truths and encouraging our children (0-11) years to recognize their God-given gifts and talents,and to develop a heart and lifestyle of worship. Coordinator: Lori Hensley

CONGREGATIONAL CARE
This awesome ministry stays connected with members of the church. Team members send flowers, cards, make phone calls, hospital and home visits. Congregational Care is the “nurturing” ministry of the church.

CONNECTIONS MINISTRY
Welcome! Our connections ministry makes first-contact with our guest. The connections team members call each guest, answer their questions and provide them more information. They build genuine relationships and minister to all who come through the doors of the church.

DANCE MINISTRY
The Dance Ministry at Light of Life meets every Friday night at 7 pm. If you desire to express worship to the Lord in the form of choreographed dance, then be sure to come out and be a part of this special ministry.

DELIVERENCE MINISTRY
We have power over serpents and scorpions and all power of the enemy! This ministry provides the prayer support necessary to break the yokes of the enemy, and set you free from the bondage of the devil. Coordinator: Pastor Peter Branks

DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES
The Discipleship Ministry fulfills the Great Commission by training, equipping, and empowering believers in their relationship with God and others. The ministry meets the relational and spiritual needs of the church: one on one relationship, growing in Christ, training and equipping, and ministry.

GREETER MINISTRY
Greeters are very vital to the life and ministry of the church. Everyone deserves a warm welcome, handshake, or hug. Greeters are the first impressions of the church and welcome everyone they meet to the House of the Lord.

HOME GROUP MINISTRY
The Home Group is a place where all can be honest and open in their communication with their brothers and sisters in Christ, and can mature progressively in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The Home Group ministers to everyone and provides the opportunity to have freedom to share in a ‘safe’ environment. The Home Group setting allows for the exercise of the spiritual gifts without the fear of condemnation. Coordinators: Robert & Ann Farrell

HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
This ministry prepares meals for different ministry events and gatherings at the church. In addition, meals are prepared and delivered to those who are sick. The food pantry provides food for those that do not have food.

HELPS MINISTRY
The Helps Ministry provides food, clothing, and other resources to anyone who might need it. The ministry also seeks to provide assistance to members for the daily routines of life. For example: car repair, electrical work, plumbing, etc.

KARATEKAS IN CHRIST
Bodily exercise profits! Learn some fitness and self-defense techniques to energize you through the week. Classes are available for both children and adults. Everyone is welcome! Sensei: Lundy Guyton

LIFE TRANSFORMATION MINISTRIES
Accountability is an empowering experience that will enable you to achieve your dreams and God given goals. Regardless of your goals, identifying who God has made you is vital to fulfilling the goal. Also, take the Spiritual Gifts test and discover what areas of ministry God is calling you to.

MEDIA & RESOURCE MINISTRIES
This is the I.T. department of the church. All computer, audio visual and electronic systems used in the church are administered by this ministry. High tech computer designs, CD copies, website, etc. are handled by this ministry. Coordinator: Harris O'Bryant

MEN'S MINISTRY
The Men’s Ministry provides a ‘safe haven’ for the men to freely express views, problems and fears. The men pray for each other, counsel, and share personal experiences. The foundation is always the Bible and pertinent to their everyday lives. Coordinators: Joe Hedrick, Andy Wood & Rev. Tom Allen

MISSIONS MINISTRY
The Missions Ministry seeks to glorify God by intentionally and strategically spreading the Gospel locally and abroad. The Missions Ministry functions as part of the overall philosophy, direction and vision of the church in: Evangelism, Church Strengthening and Church Planting.

ONE80 MINISTRY
One80 seeks to reach 19 – 35 year olds, college students and young professionals, providing them with a Godly support system and the venue to express themselves in worship and through relationships. One80 also focuses on developing and empowering young adults to be spiritual leaders in their schools and marketplace.

OPERATION TROOP BLESSING MINISTRY
This ministry seeks to provide aid and support to the very precious troops that are serving our country. Through a variety of ways such as collecting needed supplies and other corporate efforts, this ministry is on a mission to show the love of Jesus to our soldiers.

OUTREACH MINISTRY
The heart of Light Of Life is to see many souls come to Jesus Christ. It is a divine mandate for all disciples of Christ to share the gospel with passion & reverence. The Outreach Ministry works with each ministry to accomplish outreach events. Coordinator: Rev. Bobby & Jo Pollard

PRAYER MINISTRY
The purpose of the Prayer Ministry is to effectively pray for all aspects of the life at LOLCC.
This is fulfilled in these four functions:
- Pray for the Senior Leadership and the special concerns of the Pastor.
- Cover with prayer the services and their special activities.
- Submitted prayer requests.
- Reach beyond the needs of the church through praying for the lost.

PRIMETIME "EQUIPPING SERIES"
This amazing 10-week teaching series is offered in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Receive empowering instruction from God’s word to fulfill your God given assignment. The word is alive an active. Coordinator: Rev. Craig von Buseck

SERVICE COORDINATION MINISTRY
The Service Coordination Ministry is responsible for effectively setting up and preparing for the weekly Sunday and Wednesday services. It ensures availability of pre – scheduled teachers, ushers, and greeters, and ensures an aesthetically appealing and organized environment for each service.

PRODUCTIONS MINISTRY
The purpose of this ministry is to bring God’s Word out through the Media, Vocal, T.V., Drama, Song , Writing, and other expressions of art. An integral part of the Productions Ministry is the vision to reach the unsaved through every possible medium of expression. Coordinator: Michelle Littman

HARP & BOWL MINISTRY
In the presence of God there is fullness of joy. Harp & Bowl is ministry to the Lord through scripture, song, and prayer. Spend time in the presence of God and give Him all the attention and worship He deserves. Come, let’s minister to the Lord!

USHER/SECURITY MINISTRIES
The usher’s serve before, during, and after corporate services. Their functions include serving communion, assisting with the offering and ministry at the altar. The Security team ensures the church premises are secure. Coordinator: David Baldwin

VAN MINISTRY
The church picks up anyone that wants to come to church, build relationships with them and the community in which they live. The van ministry provides transportation to and from the church, and also assists other ministries of the church with their transportation needs. Coordinator: Richard Spangler

WORSHIP AND ARTS MINISTRIES
The Worship Ministry ushers the people of God in His Holy presence through songs and musical instruments. In the pursuit of excellence in worship, the ministry hears and plays the new sound of God that He wants to send into the house and into the world. Worship and its many forms of expression ministers to everyone regardless of age, background, or experience. The Worship Ministry also provides praise and worship for other ministry events of the church. Director: Tery Wilkins

YOUTH MINISTRIES
The youth are the future of the church. Through weekly Bible studies and a Youth Church, the youth are discipled and ministered to prophetically. Coordinator: Pastor Moses Asamoah, Jr
