Mark is the Senior Pastor of Light Of Life Christian Center in Virginia Beach, VA and the Founder/Executive Director of Light Of Life Ministries. He serves as Apostolic Council and Vice-President for Bearers Of Light Ministries and as Advisor and Prophetic Counsel to other church and para-church ministries. Mark serves as Chancellor and Teacher for Pneuma Bible Institute and the Bearers Of Light Ministries School Of Biblical Living. He serves on the Board Of Directors for Russians Reaching Russians (RRR), an international church-planting ministry. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the international missions ministry Accelerating International Mission Strategies (AIMS). Mark has previously served as Prophet, Assistant Pastor, Bible Teacher, and Ministry Leader in local churches in the Hampton Roads, VA area and beyond. Mark operates powerfully in the anointing of the "five-fold" ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, Teacher and Evangelist. He is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Officer, an Ordained Minister Of The Gospel, and author of anointed, life-changing, breakthrough insights "Trusting The Great I Am", "Walking In The Power Of God", "Releasing The Prophetic", and “Dreams And Visions”.
